Snickerdoodles

Ingredients
1 Cup Shortening
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp cream of tartar
Measuring Utensils
More sugar
Cinnamon Sugar

Preheat oven to Bake at 400 degrees F.
In a bowl, mix together the shortening, sugar, and eggs.
In a seperate bowl combine the flour, salt, baking soda, and cream of tartar. Mix well
Combine the contents of the two bowls and mix well. Your dough is now complete.

Form the dough into balls and roll in cinnamon sugar. Then place on cookie sheet. When finished place in oven for approximately 8 minutes. When ready remove from cookie sheet with a spatula.
